OMWBE’s Directory of Certified Firms will help buyers and contracting officers quickly locate and notify firms of upcoming procurement and contracting opportunities. When you search, you must also select at least one certification type.

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is implementing a Small Business Enterprise Program on federal aid-projects. WSDOT has Underutilized Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (UDBE) goals for projects funded by the USDOT Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). These projects are administered by WSDOT and local agencies that receive USDOT FHWA funds through WSDOT. Only firms certified as UDBE will count toward FHWA race-conscious participation or condition of award goals.
